    No jargon anybody has to look up, and no feature that only makes sense once it is explained. If a page needs a glossary, the page is wrong.

    Anything that spends money, sends on your behalf, or cannot be undone stops and waits for you — every time, not just the first time. Software that works on your accounts should be nervous about it.

  • What you buy is yours

    Your own worker on your own private server, and the notes and skills it builds up are plain files you can read, change or take away. Cancel and it is parked, not deleted.
