4. Carrier Liability:
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. CONSENT TO COMMUNICATIONS

The Services may integrate with or rely upon third-party providers. LIONOX is not responsible for the performance, availability, or actions of such third-party services.
10. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
LIONOX provides tools and systems intended to support business operations. However, we do not guarantee any specific results, including but not limited to revenue increases, customer acquisition, or business performance outcomes.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LIONOX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to the use of the Services.
12. INDEMNIFICATION
